Sunil Damle is the co-founder of Mentorverse, a Shanghai-based startup that is using technology to democratize access to high-quality admissions counseling for international students. Prior to co-founding Mentorverse, Sunil served as a college counselor at a prestigious public school in Ningbo, China. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Occidental College, Sunil is a strong believer in the positive power of cross-cultural mentorship and the long-term impact it can have on a students success studying abroad.

After interviewing over 1000 college students, David Singh wrote Hitting Stryde: Gen-Y Early Career Survival Guide to share the lessons he learned. He's also worked with schools like Stanford, Notre Dame, and Yale to select and craft interview questions for applicants. In episode 10 of College Admissions Toolbox, he shared his insights on college interviews.
He is VP of Strategy and Operations at Kira Academic, where his responsibilities include overseeing the company’s finances, marketing, operations, and new business development. He holds a Masters of Management degree from the University of British Columbia, and a Bachelor’s of Art in Political Science from Huron University College.

Christine Abrahams has been the K-12 counseling services supervisor since 2008 at the Hopewell Valley Regional School District. Prior to joining the district she was a counselor at Hunterdon Central Regional High School. A former vice president of marketing at Merrill Lynch, she also taught English and English as a Second Language in New York City. She has been an adjunct professor at The College of New Jersey where she taught a class in college counseling.
A licensed professional counselor, Ms. Abrahams has master’s degrees in English as a Second Language from Hunter College and counselor education from The College of New Jersey. She holds a doctorate in educational leadership from Rowan University. She is the owner of the Inspire Institute, an educational consulting firm as well as Whole Life Healing, a wellness/life coaching firm that helps adolescents and adults achieve their highest potential.
